In the operating instructions for the device, pregnancy is included in the list of contraindications. Some users think therefore that one can get rid of a pregnancy with the aid of the "Vitafon". But this is incorrect. The vibroacoustic effect cannot possibly interrupt pregnancy. Microvibration will improve blood supply to the foetus and placenta, but it is unknown how it will affect the future child and this is no place for experimentation. That is why application of the "Vitafon" is not recommended for pregnant women.

  Following birth, in the case of rupture formation, the "Vitafon" will accelerate healing of wounds and will prevent complications in the mother's organism. In this case it should be applied in the same way as for healing postoperative sutures. In 2-3 weeks after the birth, it is recommended to have 1 or 2 prophylactic courses of "Vitafon" therapy on the lumbar-sacral portion of the spine to normalise the menstrual cycle and functions of the abdominal cavity. The same treatment is expedient 2 or 3 months prior to a planned pregnancy, because in the future the foetus will place an increased load on the mother's spine (but only as recommended by a physician and after ultrasonic examination).

It will accelerate healing of sutures and wounds 2- or 3-fold, and one can start using it even on the 2nd-3rd day after birth. "Vitafon" - an effective and quick aid at home: one doesn't need to run to a doctor at outpatient clinics and procedure-delivering rooms (all the more difficult when on has an infant on one's hands).   If chaps appear on nipples because of breastfeeding, use the "Vitafon". Occlusion of milk ducts and mastitis, too, can be successfully treated with vibroacoutic action. Even from the very first days of life, it is possible to treat a child with "Vitafon" for problems in connection with healing of the umbilical wound. In dysfunction of the intestine, the phoning quite favourably affects the new-born infant (it has been tested at the St.Petersburg Children's Municipal Hospital No. 1).
